We offer try-before-you-buy service in Munich and Moscow.

How does it work?

1. Select the items from a broad range across clothing and accessories
2. We deliver the items right to your doorstep at no extra costs at the agreed upon date and time
3. Try on the items to find the best style and fit at home
4. Choose the items you want to keep or return
5. Pay only for the items you keep

 

Delivery:

Delivery takes place within the delivery deadline given on the relevant page in regards to the address to which the product is to be delivered. Our products are delivered by DHL to German and international addresses.

Regarding prepayment the deadline given for delivery begins the day the full price is paid. When paying via PayPal it begins as soon as receipt of payment has taken place, with credit card payments the deadline begins with the confirmation of order.

You will receive your order, as far as possible, in one shipment. Should it be necessary, due to technical or logistical reasons, to send your order in more than one shipment, no extra cost will be charged.

Typical delivery time is 2 – 6 days within Germany, 2 – 8 days to Europe and 8 – 10 days to the rest of the world.

Germany: free

EU countries: free

UK: free for purchases bigger than €89,00. We apply a delivery cost of € 8,00 for purchases below €89,00.

We currently do not deliver outside EU and UK.
